Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1,000
- Flat ₹80 shipping fee for orders under ₹1,000
- Cash on Delivery: ₹100 flat rate (may be higher for larger orders)
Delivery Timelines
- Major metro cities: approximately 3–5 working days
- Remote areas: approximately 8–10 working days
- Cash on Delivery orders: 5–7 working days, regardless of destination
- Delays in remote areas are beyond our control
Courier partners: Blue Dart, Amazon Logistics, and similar services. Three delivery attempts are made before an order is returned to the warehouse.
International Shipping
- Flat fee of USD 30 or GBP 30 depending on currency selection
- Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost
- Customer is responsible for all duties at port of entry
- Refusal to pay duties may result in undelivered packages with no refunds issued

Payment Issues
Money Debited but Order Not Confirmed
Funds typically reverse within 24 hours due to payment gateway issues. A full refund is issued if the payment fully processed without an order being created.
Failed Payments
Resubmit your order only if you received a payment failure confirmation. Do not retry if funds have already been debited.
Declined Cards / Multiple Charges
Contact your bank regarding balance or card validity. For multiple charges, email us with transaction screenshots.
